Cheapest price in the area for what you got.

Would be better to be closer to the beach but then it would be dearer because of the area.

    location, nice and green.

parking limited and poorly layed out, needs repairs. photos on Booked.net deceiving.

Cottages are perfect for a family get together stay. Quaint and out of the busy town area. I like the availability to do bbq and stay on the premises. Some of the rooms are very spacious and your own parking space is great. No fighting for parking and can leave anytime and come back knowing you have a place to park. Healthy continental breakfast, fruits, yogurt, juice, breads. It really is enough for breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful when needed.

Needs bath tub matts, slippery and fell one time. The cleaning solvents need to be rinsed well especially in the tubs. Most places are pet friendly which is fine, however for some of us with animal dander allergies, it makes it very difficult. Found animal hair on comforters pillows and comforter in a pet free room, staff changed out linen immediately when reported. Shame on pet owners that are not considerate of others and do not list their pets upon checking in because they don't want to pay extra. Also pet owners don't always pick up after their pet's defecate. The Inn should really emphasize on these matters and make sure they educate pet owners about these rules.

People were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice to have breakfast delivered (in a basket).

    Looks little outdated

we loved the quaint cabins..this property originated as an artists area where the cabins were owned by private owners. our room had a gas run fireplace,,,would highly recommend to people who like a woodsy little cottage

Our room (Big Sur) was not fancy, but very clean (which isn't always the case with the rooms that allow pets) and the beds were comfortable. The gas fireplace was a cozy touch. The breakfast of muffins, yogurt, juice and fruit was generous and tasty. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.

The shower faucet needed some maintenance work. Also, the division between our downstairs unit and the one above was very thin, so we could hear the neighbors' footsteps quite clearly.

Very cozy location away from major traffic and businesses. Neighborhood feel. I also like having a little 'cottage' all to myself.

The 'breakfast' part of the Bed and Breakfast is very much the same every morning. Didn't like that so much. The shower head could be a little bigger with higher water pressure.

Cozy/friendly and a great location with trees/flowers - and the added basket for breakfast a true plus.............loved it. Helen Rodriguez

No complaints / excellent value will surely recommend.

    Breakfast was ok. Free wi-fi.

Took 15 mins for anyone acknowledge our arrival. After which no apology. Unfriendly check in. Room had strange smell. Location was not brilliant.

Everything... Very disappointing hotel, even for the price. The pictures on the website are completely misleading, the rooms and the outer areas look very old and unkept, felt dirty! The reception was handled like in a cheep motel. The"suite" had the bathroom sink in the living room across from the fireplace. No privacy whatsoever if you are a couple! No water pressure. Breakfast , ( brought in a box) was uneatable, green banana, green orange, 2 yogurts, dry pastry, and week coffee that we have to make in a tiny coffeemaker. Sceduled for breakfast at 9:30, BUT...woken up for it at 7:30.

The staff people were really nice and that is the only nice thing about this place.

The place is severely overpriced for what it is. These are forest cabins good for camping maybe and not for Carmel location. The cabin shakes when you walk and a few strong men could push the thing to its side it's so unstable. It's a dingy and dark place that is absolutely not worth the price. Pay a few more bucks more and live in a nice place next door that is worth being in Carmel, or find motel 8 which is better than this. If you don't care about the quality, then pay a lot less and live in Monterrey that is only 3 miles down the road. This place is not in the center of Carmel anyway. In their booklet the place calls the water pipes build in 1920s and the camping quality charming old school. Well, not for that price IMHO. Right in front of our window there was a guy fixing his car revving his engine!!!!!! Where are we? In a car garage????

we loved the small and cozy cabins close to everything in Carmel. The breakfast delivered to our door every morning was perfect.I would recommend this to anyone who wants a comfortable clean stay in Carmel. Not luxury but very quaint and very comfortable!

Our cabin was a little to far from the hub so internet was not available in our room however a short walk to a sitting area and all was well

Loved the fire place, complimentary breakfast delivered to the room, and the fact that they allow dogs.
